Our aim is for you to have a good holiday, and come back time and time again! However, these conditions are necessary to clarify the responsibilities of both parties.
- By making this payment you are receiving the use of a furnished studio flat in Bansko, suitable for 2 people, for the agreed time period. This payment does not include flights, transfers, ski passes, ski hire, meals, or any other holiday costs not specifically mentioned.
- The agents can offer transfers for a small cost. The owners use wizzair to fly, however, this does not constitute a recommendation.
- The agents will welcome you initially and liaise with local tour operators for you if required.
- Snow sports are dangerous activities and you should ensure that you have adequate insurance cover.
- No refunds will be offered in the event of cancellation as a result of unforseen circumstance from the clients. Clients should ensure they have adequate insurance cover to address this. While the ski season is generally long compared to other resorts, the owners obviously cannot guarantee snow.
- The agents will collect a fully refundable deposit of 150 Euro to cover any damage to the property or goods, or missing items following an inventory check. Any damage beyond this amount will be reclaimed through legal channels.
- Where "No single supplement" offers apply, the agents reserve the right to check the apartment is not being used by more than one person during the stay.
- In the event that we have to cancel your booking before your stay due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be offered and the agents will endeavour to find you alternative accommodation. If the above occurs during your stay, alternative but equivalent accommodation may be offered without refund.
