Grubby's Music News
Cliff and Manson to collaborate
The Pop and Rock industry was stunned today with the announcement that Shock Rocker Marilyn Manson was to team up with squeaky clean, downright handsome Sir Cliff Richard on a one off recording for charity.  The music industry, still reeling from the Eminem/Elton John effort, fell off their chairs at the news.
"We can't believe it!" said one source at EMI, Sir Cliff's label.  "It's sort of come out of the blue."

Twiggy Rameriz, bassist for Marilyn commented, "We're all very excited about the record.  Cliff has always been one of our favourites and he has all of our records.  Yes, our spiritual beliefs do differ but I believe we can put all this aside for charity."

Cliff Richard's official spokesperson had this to add, "Cliff has been a fan of Marilyn Manson since the days when the group toured with Nine Inch Nails.  Although he thought "Disposable Teens" and "The Fight Song" were commercialised rubbish, Cliff still really wants to work with the band.  After all, it's for charity!"

Totally made up rumours suggest that Rolf Harris will follow up his No. 185 hit "Fine Day" with a Death Thrash version of his sixties classic "Two Little Boys".

Somebody I paid a fiver to said, "Rolf is a great artist capable of creating a hit record in any style.  I also hear he's doing Tie Me Kangaroo Down in Gansta style and a duet of Sunrise with Celine Dion."
