They re-shoot Courtney's first scene
Quiet please... And
action! Whatever you do, don't eat in the cafeteria, it's
geek-central. And never take a shower in the gym. It's
so difficult being the new girl. Everything here is so
different from my old school. I... I'm sorry. I forgot my
line again! Okay, cut! Hope, she keeps blowing
takes. What are we going to do?
Fire her...

Johnny saves the day
Sometimes, it's easier when you carry
your books like this. [Johnny places the script on
Courtney's school books] Just try not to look down too
much.
Thank you!

Quiet on the set... Rolling...
Background... And action! Whatever you do, don't eat in
the cafeteria, it's geek-central. And never take a shower
in the gym. It's so difficult being the new girl.
Everything here is so different from my old
school. People here are so materialistic. I value people
for who they are, not what they wear or drive. Once you've
lost your parents and cheated death, you realise there's
more to High School than just being popular, and your just,
your just grateful for the gift of life.
And cut! [The crew
applaude Courtney's performance] [Rob looks at
Hope] God
we're good!

Marcy is threatend by Courtney's brilliant performance
Oh, Marcy. Your limo's here to
take you to MTV.
[Marcy walks straight past Kevin in a daze, fearing
that her career could soon be
over.]

Courtney tries to patch things up with Marcy
Hey Marcy! [Half-heartedly] Yeah? I really wasn't
trying to push you into those lockers. [Politely]
Okay. And I just
want you to know, for what it's worth, I think your work is
really great on the show. [Marcy is touched by Courtney
and realises that Hunter has jaded her
opinion] Really? Thanks! Yeah, you
always seem totally real and grounded. That is so
sweet. So maybe we can go apartment hunting this
weekend? Yeah! Great! Okay, I'll call
you!
Okay.

Marcy sticks up for herself when she
encounters a jealous Hunter
Is that your new lesbian
lover? Very funny. So you wanna go to the Sky Bar
tonite? No thanks. Fine, loser. Stay home and
read Entertainment Weekly. [Hunter walks away. Marcy
repeats another positive Mantra to herself] I deserve
friends who care about me... I deserve friends who
care about me...
