The T.C.R.C. come from their home planet called Zyphikia, which is 10,000 light years away from the solar system. Zyphikia consist of no organic life, and is fully powered from towers known as Rejuvanating Regenerators (R2). The capital of Zyphikia is called Hersheli, and that is where T.C.R.C resides

Recently, there has been a spate of invasion by foreign alien creatures. The more prominent ones that were constantly in battle against T.C.R.C. were the tribe of Goi, that was an evolved organic life form that was developed from the offsprings of a cyclop and an octopus. Now it is up to T.C.R.C to protect Zyphikia, and twart Goi's plan in obtaining the power of the R2 to conquer the galaxy.
