Claflin Hall goes to Hell (bu-claf2.wad) Scott Kearney May 17, 1994
Just a note, jDoom's renderer doesn't handle this level correctly. This is supposedly based on the author's dorm. There's lots of tangent areas though, and it certainly doesn't feel much like a dorm to me. The level feels very cramped (none of that open feeling from
9_to_5 or At_Work that I like). Texturing is 100% random. Action is pretty good, even a bit tough at the start. 3/5

Bulla! (bulla.wad)
Eye del Cul June 22, 2004
This is a smallish-medium sized level that takes place inside some courtyards with some buildings. Texturing is random. The new sky and the "new" MIDI ("Waiting for Romero to Play", from Doom II) give the level a good atmosphere. You start off well stocked with guns and ammo, though the shotgun isn't immediately available (and hunting it down adds a nice element to the action. The action itself is rather tough, and quite fun. Good level overall.

Underground Military Bunker (Bunker.wad)
Terry Hamel March 11, 1995
This is a pretty fun medium-sized level. It takes place inside a bunker, and the texturing is fitting: mainly GRAY or STONE, with consoles and tech rooms scattered throughout. The level does end up feeling like a bunker. Architecture is pretty good. Action is good as well, though you'll end up with a good deal of ammo by the end. But that's pretty much the norm for these older levels, eh?

BUNNINGS.WAD (BunnWAD.wad)
Robin Kay December 15, 1994
This is  a set of three crappy levels. The first one is based off the author's workspace. It's somewhat cramped, messes up in jDoom, texturing is crap, and there's a large dark area that prompted me to move on. Next level has you up on high ledges, then you fall, go through a stupid pseudo-maze, and exit. Or something like that. The last level is just a maze. Pass.

BURLBASE.wad
Kit Gautier November 30, 1999
This is a kinda interesting level. It's a base level that's rather big and somewhat open-ended. Level design is pretty interesting, with a few cool moments. Texturing is pretty random. Unfortunately it suffers from "I don't know what the Hell I'm supposed to do next" syndrome towards the end. Also because of some problems the author was having the item count was cut down drastically, which makes the map very sparsely populated, and not much of a challenge at all. I guess if you're looking for an hour to kill in a somewhat boring way you might wanna check it out.

Incinerator (burner.wad)

This is a small base level. Texturing is random within the base theme. Ammo won't be a problem; not particularly challenging either. So, a short level you might enjoy a bit.

BUTT (Butt_WAD.wad)
June 19, 1994
This WAD seemed fairly large, with a preposterous amount of enemies, actually making action quite tough. Architecture was mediocre, texturing random. But the most notable thing about this WAD is the absolutely infuriating smooth jazz music that was included with it. After crashing jDoom for now apparent reason for about the fifth time, I give it the finger and walked away. Mostly due to that freaking music, this gets a 2/5.

This zip had two files. Supposedly
Dark is in the archives, but I couldn't find it.

Dark
This is your typical medium-sized maze-ish WAD. By that I mean it's mainly narrow corridors with the occasional room. Texturing is, of course, random. Action is alright. It's actually possible to get stuck if you go the wrong way. Boo. Nostalgia hunters might enjoy this, everyone else can easily skip it.

Sequel
A relatively long maze-ish WAD. Yay. Texturing is random, action is alright. Again, nostalgia hunters may like it, everyone else can stay away.

THE FIRST 100% COMPLETELY NEW LEVEL FROM BWS! (BWSDmL11.wad)
Acidic Brain May 30, 1994
As youve probably noticed, this claims to be the first PWAD ever. But I dont even need to check to know thats wrong. (Unless of course, the timestamps are incorrect. But even then I doubt it.) Still, it does seem old, and its better than a lot of other peoples firsts, so it gets a 3/5. Nostalgia hunters or anyone looking to own a piece of possible Doom history should check it out.
