There's the ones by the ranch, but those are CRAPPY Chocobos!
If you want the racers and the breeders, go to the following areas:
Mideel-tracks by the forest(best)
Western Side-North Continent(good)
NorthWest Side- Western Continent(okay)
For the best breeding, get two from the Mideel area, one Male, one Female. Feed them the most expensive greens you can find(some from the Chocobo Sage are THE best!) and feed them a variety of them, then race them at the Gold Saucer. When they're as fast as you can get them, Breed them. Use the Info you got from the Chocobo Sage(refer to page one) to breed special ones.
