If you don't have Yuffie, refer to page one.
Anyway, Wutai is on the small western strip of land. When you get in town, go all the way to the back-left corner of the screen, and go into the big chinese-looking tower. From then on, it's pretty much fight your way up with ONLY Yuffie in your party(you'll know what I mean when you get there)
So, just kick butt, and once you beat her father, you recieve Levyiathan!

Hovering over the lake is a huge, dragony-looking...thing, known as Ultimate Weapon
Ultimate Weapon isn't NEARLY as hard as he looks!
Just ram the Highwind into him, and fight. He'll run after a while. Chase him, and ram into him again. For the first few tries, you'll just be pushed back, but keep hitting, and you'll get into a fight. Of course, after a few minutes, he'll run again. Keep doing this, and, over Cosmo canyon, you'll fight him to-the-death. Kick his butt!
Here's a little strategy for the Ultimate-butt-kicking.
Use GF Summons, and plenty of hits from your sword! Some Ultimate Weapon, huh? Afterwards, you should get some awesome exp, some items, etc..and there's a HUGE crater right below where he blew up! Yay, now you can go into that forest! I
I haven't tried the forest really, so you're on your own for that one!
