She was very well groomed, has her original teeth.  Individual has skin graft or burn on inside right ankle.  She was wearing pink scrubs.  She had boarded a city bus and indicated she wanted to leave town.  She stayed the night in a local hotel and transported to the hotel by taxi.  She had some money to pay for the transportation and hotel room but did not have any identification.  She is between 70-80 years old, however she appears much younger and appears to suffer from dementia.

The right ring finger on the victim is amputated from a previous incident.  Dentals are all natural teeth in fair repair. 
A watch was found in the front right pocket.  Wearing khaki pants, a long sleeve shirt and a pair of sandals.  A set of keys that gave a name of BJ Leandro, one key appeared to be a house key, the other is an car key. The victim was a pedestrian trying to cross the southbound land of I-75 in the dark of night.

12" hair extensions and no dental work done.  Found wearing a plastic Tweety Bird watch, and a t-shirt bearing the "1995 Special Olympics Word Games, New Haven, CT."  On a clothing tag, the initials "CS" were hand written. Date of death estimation was one month prior to discovery.
