| INTRODUCTION |
| The Very Rev. Fr. Gregori, SSJt, is an ordained Orthodox Catholic priest of the American Orthodox Church/Ukrainian Orthodox Church - Western Rite Metropolia, under the episcopal jurisdiction of the Most Reverend Archbishop Joseph Thaddeus. While a student monk at the Holy Protection Monastery, which was located in Utica, New York, Fr. Gregori's favorite chore was cooking for the monastic community. It was at this time that he started to compile a collection of his favorite recipes from around the world. This collection is found on this web site for your culinary enjoyment. These recipes will give your taste buds a sinfully delicious treat that they will remember and enjoy forever.
