- Sunset Westing opens the Greenwich Village Lodging House.
- Sabbath Dejork becomes the first lodger at GV.
-Sunset asks her friend Tobey Masters to be the leader of the boys, and he accepts
- Amy Warren becomes the second girl to join
-Thomas Clare becomes the first boy lodger at GV.
- Faith Thornton joins the ranks.
- Will David also becomes a lodger.
- Derek McKaines comes to live at the house.
- Derek and Amy have an instant attraction to each other, and discover that they have some sort of connection, psychically.
May 28
- Hazel Zakariah joins the ranks.
May 29
- Sabbath and Tobey share their first kiss.
- Natasha Bliss moves into the house.
- Taps Webster moves into the house.
June 3
- Hayseed Calila is reunited with is sister, Phoenix Calila, from the Upper East Side.
- Taps stays out till 330 in the morning, and Thomas arrives not ten minutes after her, with blood stains on his pants.
June 4
- Natasha and Will kiss for the first time, and kind of become a couple.
June 5
- Aussie Hawkes, otherwise known as Christian Windsor, becomes a lodger.
- Derek buys Amy a gold chain with a ring on it, and gives it to her.
June 11
- Taps tries to leave again, but ends up rethinking things and jumping off of the train that was carrying her to Canada.
June 19
- Christian Windsor proposes to Danny Rierson, and they are now engaged.
June 26
- Siscily Wexler moves into the house.
June 27
- Keiran proposes to Taps in a back alley after she admits that she was involved in a murder.
June 28
- Thomas Clare proposes to Irey from the Upper East Side underneath a full moon.
- A very angry James Rierson storms out of the LH, and somehow finds his cousin Danny, drunk at a late night bar. James figures it's not a good idea to tell her his truth right now, and he attempts to take her home. She doesn't want to leave, and insists that her life is going to hell right now, and she socks him. James gets even more angry and storms away from the bar, leaving Danny behind, and he has been missing since.
June 29
- Peppermint Blake becomes a lodger.
June 30
- James Rierson returns and admits to Cruel Hazel that he killed "The Leader", the gang leader who murdered Danny Rierson's older brother Brian. Danny then comes downstairs and reunites with not only Christian Windsor, but her cousin James. Christian had been on a week-long trip in England.
- Anna McKaines is reunited with her brother Derek, and moves into the house.
- Siscily Wexler is reunited with her brother Basil, who resides at the Upper East Side Lodging House.
July 4
- Tuffy Boreana moves into the house.
- Diva Tolken moves from the Long Island LH to join the ranks of the GV lodgers.
July 12
- Dawn Fischer and Ian Benedict become an official couple, admitting their love for one another.
July 28
- Ben LaGault becomes a lodger.
- Americus Skynard moves in as well.
July 29
- Thomas Clare and Irey (UES) get married in the spur of the moment at a bar.
- Anna McKaines moves out of the lodging house and into Clearwater Apartments.
- Justin proposes to Sunset on his birthday, stating that her answer of 'yes' was the only gift he wanted. The two are now engaged!!
- James and Hazel Rierson get married!
November 21
- Phillip takes on a second job: returning to work for gangs.
November 24
- Americus Skynard moves out and runs away.
November 30
- Berke and Dallon Carver become newsboys.
- Tuffy's sister Chaeli moves in.
- Ryan 'Bones' Phelps joins the ranks.
December 5
- Jaden Locksly moves out of Ravenswood and into Greenwich Village.
December 6
- Marit Iverson leaves the house for reasons unknown.
December 7
- Makana Loah moves back home to help out her sick mother.
December 11
- Abra Venezia, Algernon Everett and Aramond Violli move in.
December 12
- Tuffy, Chaeli, and Ben move out and go to Philadelphia to look for Tuffy and Chaeli's brother Arion.
- Scout MacKile becomes a lodger.
December 14
- Taps marries Keiran Talbot in a beautiful ceremony. She moves out of the house to live with him.
December 15
- Pilar comes to live at the house.
December 16
- Love and Kid Hathaway find their way to Greenwich Village, as well as Felicity Dessecker.
- Trolley Rogers moves in.
January 5
- Tobias Rogan joins the ranks.
January 6
- Jennifer Bligh moves into the house.
- Lani Kalaw moves out of the house and heads to Little Italy with her boyfriend.
January 10
- Otto and Durin Zelig become newsboys.
January 12
- An anonymous benefactor leaves an envelope on the doorstep for Sunset and the rest of the lodgers, containing a key and the deed to the house next door (21 Leroy Street), as well as a check for $700.00. Sunset plans to use the new house as the main house, as well as the new Girls' House. She also plans to use the money to renovate the second, third, and fourth floors of the newly dubbed Boys' House. During the interim, all of the lodgers will live at the Girls' House while renovations take place.
January 13
- Nora Leigh moves into the house.
February 1
- Emma (Love) and Elizabeth (Kid) Hathaway move out, heading for Washington Heights.
February 2
- Dawn Fischer's birth mother dies from pneumonia.
-Amy Warren decides that she doesn't want to be engaged to her boyfriend Derek McKaines anymore, engagement and marriage is too much, too soon. She hasn't talked to him about it yet, and she plans on talking to her best friend Dawn Fischer about it.
February 3
- Sunset has made a slight change in leadership. She promotes Ian Benedict and Dawn Fischer to co-leaders. Amy Warren, Jade Locksly, and Tobias Rogan become second-in-command, and Christian Windsor and Abra Venezia become third.
February 4
- Dawn Fischer finds out about her birth mother's death from her cousin Alison. Dawn heard the news and has been taking it very roughly, not being her usual self at all. Amy Warren finds out and decides to postpone the engagement-to-Derek discussion, since Dawn is really hurting. Amongst all of this, Ian Benedict tells Dawn that she's a new co-leader. But she's hurting too much to celebrate.
February 7
- Otto and Durin Zelig have left the house with no word as to their wherabouts.
February 14
- The house now has a pet: A West Highand White Terrier named Miss. Miss was a Valentine's Day gift from Justin to Sunset.
- Trolley Rogers also leaves the house.
March 16
- Berke and Dallon Carver leave the house for good.
- The house sees two new faces as Gip Miller and Pumpkin McClellan become lodgers.
April 26
- Defiance Blake becomes a newsgirl.
- Phillip Webster gets an apartment of his own and moves out.
May 4
- Shyrah Webster moves in with her sister, Taps.
