Sunset : * looks up from the ledger and smiles at you* 'Ello! I'm glad that you've decided to stay here. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. *looks to Tobey*

Tobey : * looks at you and smiles* But there are rules that everyone in the house needs to folllow. If nobody follows rules, this place wouldn't be enjoyable to live in.                   

Sunset : *nods and looks to you again* *drums fingers on the ledger, then looks down at it quickly* Oh! I guess the first rule is that you have to sign in in this book.

Tobey : *nods* If you want to sleep here, you sign in. Pretty simple, huh Sunset? *looks at her*

Sunset : *Looks back to Tobey, shrugs once, and nods* Yeah, pretty much! *smiles and looks back at you* However.. if you don't sign in for longer than 2 weeks, we assume that you've moved out.. and your bunk will be given to someone that needs it..

Tobey: *nods* So please just make sure you sign in. What helps you out is if you do it as soon as you walk inside the house - you could be here all evening and forget to do it.

Sunset: *nods, agreeing* Yea. *thinks* As far as rent goes, I don't collect it. You are welcome to stay here, free of charge.

Tobey : *smiles* Although donations are always appreciated. It helps out your wonderful leaders here. *laughs and looks back at Sunset* No..*looks back at you and kinda shrugs* Sunset and I provide your food and home and such, so it's just a nice thing to do. It's not required, though.

Sunset : *half smiles and you can see her cheeks turn a light shade of pink,          though she does nod* Speaking of feeding you... We do have set meal times... breakfast is at 5:30am, lunch is at 11:30am, and dinner is at 6:30pm.

Tobey : *nods* And as for other house rules, please keep your bunk area clean. If everyone does it, then this place will stay clean all the time. Same goes for in the kitchen, especially around the meal times.

Sunset : *nods, and remembers something* Oh! If you do happen to miss a meal, we'll keep the leftovers in the icebox for you.

Sunset: *gets a somewhat stern look on her face, which she barely uses* You're outta here. I don't tolerate violence in my house. Fight all you want on the streets, but leave it outside. *crosses her arms casually in front of her*

Sunset: *looks at him and smirks* I thought so. *grins*

Sunset : *her eyes gaze up to the ceiling while she thinks* What else is there....

Tobey: *laughs quietly* *looks back at you* As you can see, we know what we're doing. *pauses* Most of the time. *smirks* So if you break a rule, and you know you did, don't make excuses.

Tobey: *looks back at her* Thank you. *smiles, then looks back at you*

Sunset1904 : *smirks and nods, glances at him, then looks back at you also*

Tobey: I think....*looks at Sunset, then at you*..that's all..*looks back at Sunset, nodding, as if asking, 'Right?'*

Sunset: *looks up to Tobey, furrowing her eyebrows a bit, before nodding* Yeah, I suppose that's it.

Tobey: *nods, looks back at you* *smiles* So, those are the rules of the house. Follow them, and everything will work out for you.

Sunset: *turns back to you.* If you ever have any questions, just ask! And oh. You missed dinner, so there's some spaghetti in the icebox if you want some *smiles*
