| Hey there Sam, it's nice of you to let me interveiw you. Sure, anything for you Sam! And may I say, I wish I had your hair! Awe...well actually Sam, you do. I know, I just wanted to increase your self esteem even more, Sam. Sweet. So Sam, shall we go on with the interveiw? Wow Sam, that's a great idea! I know it, Sam! Starting off, what's your full name? Samantha Tuttle Lyons... the first. No Kidding, that's my name too! What a co winky dink! So Sam, how old are you? 15 luscious years old, Sam. We could be twins! No, we could be the same person! So, what do you ride? That's kinda personal, Sam... No Sam, I mean bike wise. Oh, I knew that. A Volume Destroyer frame with bike parts of all things. What terrians do you ride, Sam? Dirt, street and skateparks. In that order, too. What was the first trick you learned? Some wack tabletops. Most recent? 270 tail taps... or alley oops? I dunno, whatever, Sam. HaHa, Sam. You're a dork! You know it, Sam! Well, moving on, Sam... who's your favorite riders? Anyone with a good attitude. I dunno how Jack would fit in there, but he does... Carl, Martindale, Muchuga, Mark "Toast", Harrison, Ashley, Dandy Andy, Phil, Don, Sean, Josh, Fat, Dusty, German Max, Redline Kid... the list goes on and on and on and on and on! What was your first bike? Some old ass Redline. What's up with always wearing the helmet, Sam? Don't you know that we have perfect hair? Well, yes, we do... the helmet helps that though. I dunno, I've seen some pretty bad crashes, like one time this guy's brain swelled up and they had to remove part of his skull and freeze it for a while. That was the worst. After I heard that it kind of jinxed me and I always fell on my head, so my helmet is on whenever I'm jumping or riding street or whatever. Whenever I get annoyed with my helmet, I always remember what happened to Jake. Freaky dinky! So Sam, what's the point behind the site? Well it started out of boredom... Just a place to show off photos of my friends and whatever. But it started to grow, and I added profiles and better pictures and stories and whatever. Just a bunch of stuff. It's basically a way to show the world that there's some damn good riders in Seattle, with some of the best attitudes you'll ever see. And it's also like a newspaper or interactive zine for all the locals...they get to see what's up with everyone, and they have the chance to voice an opinion. There are so many riders in the world, and the magazines aren't able to give everyone the chance to be heard, so this is a way for my friends and I to say something. Every scene should have something like that, if not for others, for themselves. How profound... What's that, Sam? Oh, nothing Sam. So, do you have a boyfriend? HaHa of course not, they always end up having crushes on a certain friend of mine... Do the guys treat you different? I dunno, I've never been a boy. Any thanks? First off, God, for obvious reasons. And my folks for being so supportive, my mom has driven me to all over the place just for this hobby or mine. It's awesome. Gary for getting me started. And there's so many reasons for these people, but there's not enough room to mention why, but you know why. Carl, Martindale, Muchuga, Mark "Toast", Dusty, Fat, Jack, Jake Baker, Josh, Harrison (you're a pro, yo!), Mike Leask, Russ, Vito, Tommy, Terry (computer rage, eh?), Tammie (haha lickalottapuss), Judy Ophein, Ms Sophia (keep on teachin!), Kimix, all the WOF chicks, the DTS crew, Kurt Rowell especially, the Everret crew, and just about everyone on the face of the planet. Keep on truckin, yall! |
