After walking about thirty feet down the tunnel it opens into a rather small cavern that is crowded with stone eggs that are roughly 3 feet high by 5 feet long (1 meter by 1 2/3 meters) I would be nearly impossible for a character to get through them to the passage on the other side without touching some of them (CD 5). If a character does touch one, it begins to hatch quickly. What emerges is a Nargrath which hatch fully formed and ready to hunt. There are roughly thirty of these eggs in the room.
