| Monday May 17th Day before the interview!!!! What to wear, what to wear.... )0( Tuesday May 18th WOW...interviews were great. I feel better about the middle school position than the elementary school position. The lady at the elem. interview was very "professional" which is good...but they guy at the middle school really made me feel at ease. I hope I get that one :) )0( Wednesday May 19th COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL! I got the job at the middle school! It was funny, he called me and told me that I made him feel really at ease during the interview, must be my charm! Basically he said I "out shined" the other applicants. Felling really confidant and important now....hehehe. I can't wait to start my new job this fall! )0( Monday May 24th Oh gods....I had a migrane from the lowest depths of hell today. I went to work and it kept getting worse and worse...Finally I couln't take it anymore and went home. I don't remember the drive at all. I took 50 million pain pills. My Dr gave me some Vioxx though before I left. They must have nocked me on my butt. My headache didn't go away unti 3:30, but I was too weak to move and when I finally got out of bed I felt like my ass had been kicked. I talked to my friend Peter today. I miss talking to him. I used to stay up late just to talk to him (he's in New Zealand....17 hr difference). But now I can't do that because of work. Plus, I'm married now and I think my husband might think that was wierd....I know I would...LOL! I'm off to go watch some Carey Grant/Audry Hepburn movie~~~~ )0( Saturday May 29th.....my birthday My aunt and I went and did girly stuff today. We had a manicure and pedicure..then went and met her husband at a thai rest. and I had some good food. I don't know what it was, but it was GOOD...and that's all that matters! After that we went to her house and she gave me a gift bag with all kinds of stuff in it..and a REALLY pretty fairy shirt from Cracker Barrel. My husband did big time shopping at EVIL Wal-Mart...well, he took our son to do some big time shopping at Wally World. He picked me out a really pretty "garden" hat. My in-laws took us out to eat. My hubby's birthday is Monday, so it was a joint thing ;P It was a good day........ )0( |
