| Thursday, Aug 5th Today was the first day of school. I didn't see too many kids today. The ones I did see were just 6th graders with nervous stomachs...poor baby's :) I'm really excited about my position as school nurse. I hope I do a good job and am asked to stay next year. Maybe by the time next year comes around I will have figured all this out ;P Nothing really interesting is going on right now. My life is pretty boring. I'm trying to figure out how to dream about past lives. Any ideas Readers? Send them my way if you have any tips for me! Wish I could get my hubby to play some D&D with me. Lazy ass...he sux sometimes, but I guess I'll keep him *snicker*. We need to get Tony, Lisa, Monk, Bobby and Kurt back over here to finish the game we started about a year ago! We are all just so damn busy.... )0( Friday, August 14th Today was our Pagan group meeting. I really enjoy those :) The Goddess we studied today was, well, it wasn't a Goddess per sae...it was The Muses. So we discused their gifts of inspiration. We also ate cookies!! Then we just hung out. It's great hanging out with like-minded people. Well, not TOTALLY like minded or we wouldn't have such lively debates and it would be pretty boring!!! )0( Monday, August 16th I think today is my Mother-In-Laws b-day.... My FarSide calander has a picture of scientist running out of the lab because they see the Ice Cream Truck passing by outside...I love the Far Side!! My life is boring. Work, Karate/Tae Kwon Do, Sleep. I eat and manage to do a load of laundry here and there as well. Oh, and let us not forget Zack's homework....WHY DOES A FIRST GRADER HAVE SO MUCH FREAKIN' HOMEWORK? )0( |
