April 9th
9PM: My husband was on his computer, I was on mine. He got up without saying a word, turned off the light, went to the bedroom and climbed in the bed. He was in his normal mood, not angry at me for anything. I was a smidge irritated that he left, turned off the light and left the room as if I wasn't even in the room, but I let it slide...I'm used to being ignored. I turned on the lamp.
He wasn't in bed one minute when he started yelling at me across the house to turn the light out. I thought he was referring to my lamp and I said, "NO! I don't LIKE sitting in the dark!", (he has this thing about light) yet he persisted for a few minutes more�then he said to turn out the "kitchen light"�apparently the light over the stove was on. He walked right past the kitchen on the way to the bedroom, why didn't HE turn it out???
I was at the Windows Update site selecting updates to download. He continued to yell across the house. I told him, "If you want me to turn out the light you are going to have to wait a minute because I'm right in the middle of something�.If you are in such a big hurry, get your ass out of the bed and turn it off yourself!" I was REALLY irritated by this time. I didn't mind turning it off, I was getting ready to get up and get me something to drink anyway.
He gets out of bed, stomps across the house, comes in the computer room, reaches in front of me and turns off my computer!!! I had JUST clicked the download button for my updates and was pushing the chair back to go turn off that damn light and get me something to drink.
I was infuriated!!!! How DARE he! How JUVINILE!! I can't believe he did that!! I had been working on the household budget for several days��.all that information LOST! I'm not going to redo it over, if he wants a budget, he can figure it out himself. I'm also upset because a cold reboot like that can damage a computer and this one is only 4 months old! >:(
