RUM BALLS
I haven't been able to eat these since Dad got maudlin at Harry's wedding, and poured enough rum into me to drown a Clydesdale. Pity, too, because they're delicious. Hide them from your teenagers, for if eaten in great enough quantities, they do pack a bit of a punch!
INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS
2 cups vanilla wafers, ground fine in blender
4 TBS rum
1/4 cup cocoa
3 TBS dark corn syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix ingredients, make into balls, roll in powdered sugar, store in airtight container.
