GREENS AND BEANS
Thank you, Aunt Mary, for reminding us of an old family favorite that the kids didn't have to be coaxed and cajoled into eating!
INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS
Boil some endives. Drain. Put into frying pan with olive oil, some garlic, salt, and a little red pepper for zing. Fry for a few minutes and add some white beans. Let simmer a few minutes and serve.
