| Name: Khari Species: Genie Age: Far, far too old. Likely several million years. Height: 6'1" Build: Muscular, definately 'butch'.... But not... super butch. I mean, he doesn't look like he takes steriods or anything, but his muscles are fairly large. (The reference picture doesn't do him justice, I'm afraid.) He doesn't have sharply defined muscles either, rather they're kind of softly defined. But they're definately present; no one would ever make the mistake of assuming he had much in the way of body fat, say. Singing Voice: Max Collins of Eve6. Particular songs of note include Promise, Saturday Night, Friend of Mine and Bring the Night on. Personality and Such: Khari, as a general rule appears fairly stoic, and serious. And... well, he is. He commands a large, mercenary army with Quare as his right hand man. However, Quare is more than that to Khari, he's one of the few people Khari trusts, and one of the even fewer people that Khari considers a friend. As such, he's quite a bit looser around Quare (or anyone else he considers a friend) than he is around other people. When's he's looser, he's more likely to just ...talk. About anything, including his philosophies, how he views life, etc. He's also more likely to laugh or have fun, or be generally random. He's also a lot more of a casual guy than he appears at first glance. As a Genie, Khari is technically made of magic. His most natural form is a sort of swirling mist. However, because he didn't want anyone to get their hands on his bottle ever again (Cause if they do, he sort of becomes their property), Khari melted down his bottle, and converted it into the gauntlets that he wears. While this means that no one can take control of him, it also means that he's trapped in the form he has now. He can still use magic of course, and he does. For a genie, Khari has very little is the way of patience. For a mortal, his patience is pretty impressive; it usually lasts between 50 and 70 years. But for someone who's millions of years old, it's a pretty short attention span. It can be even shorter in some situations. Another point is that Khari doesn't really like... mortals. (And by mortals, he means humans, elves, even fae; anything that can die, even if only by unnatural death.) He doesn't mind them on an individual, or even a group level, but as a species/creation all things considered level, he doesn't like them. (Part of this may have to do with the fact that he was 'kept' by Chios for seven hundred plus years.) In battle, Khari wears that bug-ugly helmet because he doesn't want the vast majority of his army to realize that he isn't human, and he CERTAINLY doesn't want the enemy to know. His commanders, of course, know that he's not human. His army is under the impression that he's a sorcerer of some sort. When he's fighting, he also remains mounted, and hacks at people with his sword from up there. He has a history with Djinn, though they haven't really seen each other for a few centuries.
