The ranch is watered from piped in water through the oil operator (Occidental) with two taps on the ranch. There are at least 3 windmills, which were once used and probably could be put in use. |

The ranch has high quality fences on boundaries with some lakefront on Cedar Lake (Cattle will not walk out on dry lake bed). No fence is used on lakeside. |
