  No. 545A} 25th October 1838} Resiliation of the Preceding Power of Attorney.

 
    Alexander Mavor, 2nd Mate and Chief surviving officer of the Barque Colborne.       And on the twenty fifth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight.
    Before me, the said above and undersigned Notary Public, and in the presence of the witnesses herein after named and hereunto subscribing, personally came and appeared Alexander Mavor, mentioned in the Deed of Procuration which preceded, bearing date on the day of yesterday.
    Who in the presence of us, the said Notary and subscribing witnesses, did make void and by these presents, doth resiliate, annul and make void the said Deed of Procuration or Power of Attorney which precedes, in the same manner to all intents and purposed as if the said Deed of Procuration or Power of Attorney had never been made, consented or executed.
    Thus done and passed at Port Daniel aforesaid, on the day and in month and year first above written and signed by the said Alexander Mavor, therein mentioned in the presence of Messeurs Robert Sherar, Coroner of and for the District and David Le Boutillier, merchant, both at present in Port Daniel and with me, the said Notary, also hereunto severally subscribing, these presents as well as the said preceding Deed having been first duly read.
