| When we got Saxon he was already seven years old, he had won his Championship with his former owners, but at our first ever Crufts show in 1987 at seven years of age he astounded us by winning the Dog C.C. then he went on to win Best of Breed, under breed specialist Mr. Ron Hughes, we were totally overwhelmed. He continued to win us C.C.'s for quite a while after that as well, I think he was showing up to the grand old age of fifteen years. He was a lovely dog to live with, never a nasty moment with dogs or people. He was born in 1980, his dam was Torden Thuse and his sire was Ch. Llychlyn Callan. |
