The PMH Outdoors "Learn to Canoe" Program
This introductory program is the perfect foundation for your canoeing experience. Our highly personable and qualified instructors will teach you the following skills:
- canoeing safety
- introduction to canoeing terminology
- basic paddling skills; learn the strokes and how to
stop a canoe
- canoeing techniques that you will assist you in
paddling and enjoying your own canoe
This course is for both youth and adults! The course is of two to four hours duration. The PMH Outdoors' "Learn to Canoe" course can be scheduled to take place at an Ottawa waterfront location at a time convenient to you! PMH Outdoors Home Base location is also the ideal spot to learn canoeing in a serene and natural setting just west of Ottawa! Canoes and all required safety equipment are included.
Cost: $125.00, taxes included, for one or two people for a two hour session. Maximum group size ten people.
