Granville Lodge Staff
Granville lodge has four scheme based members of staff.
These are the Manager, the Relief Manager and two cleaning staff.
The staff work together as a team delivering a high caliber service.
SCHEME MANAGER
The Scheme Manager helps you maintain the property by arranging repairs, gardening contracts and managing tenancies.
Scheme managers can also offer support and reassurance in an emergency
SCHEME RELIEF MANAGER
The Relief Manager is on duty to make the morning calls over a weekend dealing with any incidents.
The relief also provides bank holidays service, leave and sickness cover for the scheme manager.
SCHEME CLEANERS
The cleaners work weekdays, they are responsible for cleaning the communal areas of the building. These areas include the communal kitchen, lounges, laundry and corridors.
