...the Round building
...sharing lockers
...Mr. Burt who spent so much time on
Moby Dick.  At the time there was lots of complaining, but really we loved it.
...Mrs. Smith who everyone prayed would retire before we had her class and now we realize that she worked really hard getting us ready for college.
...remember when Chris Smith ditched his mom's class?
...bus trips to games
...band trips
...Mrs. McCaul who also expected so much of us but also encouraged us to take the initiative.  On some assignments she gave us an A if we would volunteer to present it rather than wait to be called on and get whatever grade we earned.
...Mr. Robinson and his leaf and bug collection assignments.  In the event on not having the requisite number of bugs, some new bugs were known to be "created" by adjusting the number of legs it had!
...Mr. Burt and his weekly word studies.  A
lot of vocabulary was learned in his class.
...Mr. Bledsoe in History class talking to us about being the Bicentennial Graduating class.  He said we were special and unique and that there would never be another Bicentennial class. The next class in one hundred years in 2076 would be the Tricentennial class.  Does he remember telling us that?  What an impact he had saying those words.
