Olympic Bid

For many years, it
has been considered by players and the enthusiastic public that
synchronized dominoes should be
given more airtime and indeed be accepted as the true sport that is. Over the last 10 years, participants and fans have petitioned for
this sport to be included into the gamut of olympic events.
Now we have taken
the challenge to new heights by actioning the following activities:

| The creation of a web-site with a petition link (your name will be included in the petition to the olympic counsel) | |
Several manufacturers have offered
sponsorship to help towards a televised advertising campaign. These companies
are made up of the tobacco and alcohol-related industries and we would
state that we neither support
nor admonish the use of these recreational diversions.
We are grateful for their foresight and open-mindedness as well as their substantial
donations

| A delegation of Grandmaster Syn Doms (short for Synchronized Domino players who have reached a certain level of skills and abilities) will be travelling to Beijing to request inclusion into the 2008 XXIX Olympiad | |
Members of the general public are appealing
to their political representatives in the US and in Europe to apply appropriate pressure to the Olympic committee
