| E. eaglelion (Sp): half-feline, half-bird creature that grabs Katana and tries to carry her away. Emerald Knight: (Q) Aging female knight who sells her services to the Overlord in exchange for restored youth. She is charged with capturing the Healing Stone. Defeated in battle by Blackstar, she repents and atones for her wrongdoing by going to live among the desert dwellers. |

Coming up through a crack in the earth, they are trapped in Aquaria and live in fear of the amphibian Aquarians and their water weapons. firefruit: (KN) Fruit needed by Balkar for his weather magic. When the stem is pulled, the firefruit acts like a grenade, and when ingested by the Firefolk, it increases their flame. Flame Mountains: (CA) Volcanic mountain chain near the city of Tamboriyon. Fountain of Fire: (LT) Fountain located in the castle of the desert sprites that in ancient times was a source of great evil. By offering up the acorn of the Sagar Tree, Kadray intends to restore the Fountain's power. |
| G. Galoob: Toy company that manufactured the Blackstar toys from 1983-85. gargo: (Q) Purple, gargoyle-like creatures that attack the city of the desert dwellers. Golden Galleon: (MS) Ship once wrecked in the Sea of Tranquility; the crew was rescued by the Mermanites. Later, Mara brings the sunken ship to the surface and she and Blackstar use it to rescue the Trobbits and Mermanites from Typhot. Gondar: (ZM) City ruled by Prince Dal and Princess Lowena. Destroyed by Shaldemar. A new city, also called Gondar, is founded on the site of Shaldemar's floating citadel Marakand. Gorge of the Winds: (Q) Canyon of high winds that cannot be flown through. In order to pass, Blackstar, Klone and Warlock must use a rope-and-pulley system. Gossamer: (All) Trobbit. Gossamer has large ears that enable him to fly. Grogan: (AW) Slave aboard Nihilis' whaling ship. Blackstar saves his life. H. Healing Stone: (Q) Jewel owned by the desert dwellers that can cure any ailment. heartwood: (TE) Place in the Tree of Evil--and presumably also the Sagar Tree itself--that enables the Tree to live. Once pierced, the Tree dies. Highlands: (LT) Home of the Druids. I. Ice Castle: (TE, Sp, Q, SS, OB) Home of the Overlord. Ice Guards: (LC, Sp, CA) Robotic soldiers that guard the Ice Castle. K. Kadray: (LT) The Lord of Time. Kaymus: (CS) The kingdom of Thorg and his people, imprisoned by the sorcery of Taleena and the Crown of Karn. Katana: (Sp) Blackstar's human girlfriend.
