These are pictures of my maxes as well as my friends maxes (when i get to getting pictures of them) and make sure when doing your maxes (if you work out at all) that you always have a spotter, serious injury may occur even on deadlift.
I'm not quite maxed out here, but its very close at 255 Lbs. my max is 260 as I listed on the other page but I hurt myself here and stopped, when the pain was gone, (4 minutes later) I already striped down the equipment haha. I'm hoping to hit 270 on the power meet March 1st to March 5th. There's 4-45 lb. plates 2-10 pound plates, and the 45 pound barbell held by 2.5 lb (together) spring locks with another 2-5 lb plates.    >>>>>>
Here I am doing 245 lbs. for squat, I have 2-45 lbs. Plates, 2-35 lbs. plates, 6-5 lb. plates, 2-5 lb collars and the 45 lb bar.
