Chow Mein_Cindy's
1 pkg. course coleslaw
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 or 4 green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 tsp. shredded ginger or 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
     (Can use more ginger if you want).
1/4 c. soy sauce,  (can add about 1 tsp. maggi
                            sauce with this). (opt.)
1 c. bean sprouts
1 pkg. steamed noodles
1 c. "Farkay" (dry)  chow mein noodles

~Stir first 5  ingredients  together for about 3 mins.
~Add the beansprouts and mix.
~Add the seasoning mix to vegetables.
~Pour in the soysauce.
~Mix well and heat through.

~Mix the steamed noodles into the vegetables or serve over noodles.
