This is our Current Project. It is an 1929 Graham Paige 612 Sedan. My father purchased the car in the mid 70's whist he was restoring 'The Mistress'. It was purchased with the intention of restoring it when he had finished the tourer. It was placed into his parents garage (He had already filled his own), and promptly forgotten about for a few years (About 15). When both of his parents died and they were clearing out the house. We opened the garaged doors and pushed her back out into the sunlight, the neighbors all looked in amazement and said, 'We never knew that was there..

The car was then transported to our expanded garage and left in the corner whilst we enjoyed the 'The Mistress', and other things got in the way. During this time I met and married my wife. Over time she grew to enjoy the cars as well and started asking about the sedan in the corner, and what were we going to do with it. So it was decided to start the restoration, it was fairly complete, "it shouldn't take too much time" (Famous last words..) That was January 2000. As you can see from the pictures in the gallery you can see we haven't got far, but in the mean time We have had Two baby's, both my father and I have had spinal surgery, and he has had three strokes as well. We are still going with the restoration, but it is taking just that little bit longer than we thought (Don't they always).

This is how she looked when we got her

This is what she looked like when we unearthed her

Half way through the restoration a friend offered us a complete body to speed up the restoration process. We took them up on this and below you will see the photos of the new body we are going to be using. This was the body of the first Graham my father ever drove. Now 30 years later he will be using the very same body.

These are the picture of the new body being delivered

This is the body still attached to the 615 it came from. This picture was taken in 1974. The mechanicals of this cars were used to restore a 1930 Special Six

And finally some pictures of how the restoration is progressing
