MINIMUM REGISTRATION FEE |

The secretariat is trying to look for sponsorship to fund the whole event. The exact fee for registration is not decided at this moment. However the secretariat agree to put a minimum fee if no other financial sources are obtained.
Suggested Registration Fee
The Secretariat will treat all participant equally in this event. Therefore, minimum registration fee is set at RM80 for everyone disregarding their official position. The fee charged is including 3 nights stay in student hostel (please refer to accommodation section), transportation during the congress, meals (morning teas, lunch and evening teas and Congress BBQ), congress book and relevant materials.
The actual fee will be announced in late March 2005 and any payable balance should be made via CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER to GRADUATE STUDENTS TRUST FUND, UPM which must be sent through snail mail to:

Any payable balance also can be made during registration on 15th - 16th May 2005 before the congress begins.
Terms and Conditions
The secretariat is trying the best to accommodate and fund every single graduate students to the event and keep their expenses at the minimum with considerable good services and accommodations provided. Accommodation provided is of basic level and anyone who wish to seek for their own accommodation is always recommended. However, no deduction of the minimum registration fee (if any) will be granted as hostel are reserved for each participants.
