I wont bore you with the usual stuff that's written on the first page of a website (welcome to my home on the internet/ this is my website and all that cheesy details.. )This is the place: the links are on the left and the navigation is pretty much simple. I don't use frames here because some people for some reason don't like them very much. And one last note: the image section has pretty heavy graphics: I suggest getting a cup of coffee or some thing while the page loads. Have fun ! 00:02 20/07/2002: I guess it has been quite a while since I last took the time to put some thing at this place. Apparently the only excuse I can come up with is lack of time and some unexpected incidents. As usual I'm putting some more pictures and some VHDL source codes. Some times it sounds really absurd to me, I mean , let's face it what I write here is most probably nobody's concern and some times the effort does n't seem to be worth the returns (as if there are any in the first place). Any how I' ll keep on dragging this site as long as I can ... (at least I hope I can) 16:21 24/03/2002: 4 more images in this image section. 17:52 07/03/2002: Some flowers in the images section. The pictures are about a month old but I uploaded them today... they make pretty neat wallpapers. 01:31 12/02/2002: Started to put some stuff in the poetry/ reflection section. 04:26 07/02/2002: A presentation about the IEEE 802.11 Wireless LAN added. It can downloaded (presently in ppt format only) 16:30 29/01/2002: The camera has arrived and I have put some new images. 17:51 23/01/2002 : Murphy's Law struck again: this time it's toll was my cam ! It fell down as I was cleaning my table never to turn on again. I felt sorry for the poor thing. I plan to buy a new one ... some thing that's better. The one that broke was really a low level machine. If every things works out well, then I'll have a new one within a couple of weeks. If you're interested in how would the new machine would look like .. here's a picture First Addition: Why is this place all so changed? the last time it was pretty simple and now it looks like an ad for some tissue paper !! Well I agree that the previous layout was simple almost way too simple. Thought I'd throw in some extra gifs and all that stuff. But seriously the matter was more of compatibility issues than any thing else: Since I'm using MS FrontPage 2000 here , I find that it really messes up when you're trying to view the page in some other browser or OS. Like for instance the hover buttons don't work in Linux (Konquror) and worst of all this leaves the page really dead. Further more I decided not to use frames any more... not just a matter or personal taste but because also to support older browsers (if there are any.. well at least I suppose there are still some Lynx users out there) : simplicity over conventional design ! I'd like to have some comments on this. Cheers
