STEWARDSHIP PROJECT:

The Stewardship Committee invites members of Grace UCC to help us by helping your world.  We will be collecting aluminum cans through December and turning them into cash for Grace.  Please bring your aluminum cans and place them in the bins by the doors.  Thank you.

USHER�S MEETING NOVEMBER 21 AT 9:20

All ushers are asked to come to a meeting between services on November 21 at 9:20.  The UCC will be offering commercials during Advent in our area and we wish to go over hospitality procedures in anticipation of more visitors.  Please mark your calendars for this day.

WOMEN�S BIBLE STUDY began a new session on Thursday, Oct. 21^st.  We are 7 women from Grace reviewing the book �HAVING A MARY HEART IN A MARTHA WORLD.�  We will meet on Thursday evening from 7 - 8:30 p.m.

HELPING OTHERS AS WE NEAR THANKSGIVING!  It is important that we remember the elderly and their needs as the holiday season gathers near.  The Sunny Ridge Nursing Home Activity Staff is planning a joyous holiday season but needs our help to bring joy to the residents.  Donated items are needed for gifts.  These items could be necessities like cologne, lotions, talc power, or gifts like baseball caps, slippers, simple games.  See the list of ideas on the bulletin board or contact Laurie Trad at 453-7067 to donate your time, Christmas decorations, or holiday cookies.

Coming on November 28^th � our �GIVING TREE� to support families in need of joy.     THANK YOU!                                       

POINSETTIAS:   The warmth of the Christmas celebration comes to life with the beautiful poinsettias of warm-weather Mexico.  To help us decorate our sanctuary, you are invited to sponsor a poinsettia.  These 6 � � plants with 4 - 6 blooms each, can be given to Grace for the Christmas Eve services and then taken home.  Cost for these plants is $8.50.  Deadline for signing up is Nov. 28^th.  Help us decorate the church!  Thank you.
