When a reed that you bought from me has played its last notes and you cannot use it anymore, don't throw it away! If you send it back to me, I will reuse the staple (tube) for a new reed. Each staple in good condition that you send to me will earn you a $2.00 credit towards your next order!

When sending the staples back to me, please protect them! The Postal Service is not always gentle on envelopes marked fragile and the metal part of the tube can bend easily. If you have the plastic case that I sent the reeds in originally, please place the staples in that, or protect it in some other way (bubble wrap, for example).
Staples that will be accepted MUST be in good, useable condition. I cannot use them again if the cork is starting to come off. They also must be from the reeds that I sent to you.
Other tubes will not be accepted.
