The annual July Fourth Picnic was a great success as the following email from Ellen Schauff clearly says.

"Many thanks to one and all for making our celebration a success. The Circle works perfectly. Those who stayed on were even able to enjoy a sunset!

A special note of appreciation to the Hudsons and Woodgers for the use of their grills. A big thank you to the Littles and Sweenys and Woodgers, Krens, Lubys for tables. Our garbage detail headed by Ellie Goldthwait and later by the Lubys, Munsons and Hudsons was much appreciated.

We had fabulous food and recipes can be shared by sending them to Kent Woodger. A special nod to Kent for being our official photographer. It was wonderful to have some large family gatherings join in the fun. We are sorry the Gachelins could not join us but appreciate their contribution of plates and forks. Sorry I did not get all the forks out in time for the salads - my error. We certainly have to thank Mother Nature for again providing good weather.
