The Kren's house was completed in late 2002 and three and a half years later the finishing touches are being done to the neighborhood. I suppose building twenty-one houses and doing all the landscaping for them in that time is not bad, just seems like a long time.

The paving was originally scheduled for May 18-19 but rain was expected so it was postponed. Of course, it didn't rain then but it did on the day they wanted to. Finally they were able to get it done on June 5. It wasn't easy. The asphalt plant had a problem and shut down three truck-loads short. So they took a break and ordered some from another plant. It arrived after not much of a delay (an hour or so) and they finished the job. Now, with a wider entrance, we don't have to worry (as much) about a truck barreling into us as we enter GP.
