Acrylic and inks on paper.  2 January 1986.  21 1/4 x 28 1/4."  Collection of the University of Northern Iowa.  This work was one of the first to use viscous screenprinting inks (dripped onto the surface of the paper) to suggest images that the artist then painted into with small areas of transparent acrylic.  The game of creating the image, then, was one of making the lines and blobs of the random - look planned for in the final work.  Several works were undertaken using this technique.
