Oh shit so much news so little space.
Heidi is still overseas and will not be coming back for even longer now. Try September next year. :-(
So what will I do in the down time you ask? Well you probably didn't ask but it was quite up myself of me to ask on your behalf.
I am almost done with this thing I am doing with Danielo. 3 new songs are on their way, I Know (which we did the drums in May and only started doing the rest 2 weeks ago), No One's Around and Eve. I can not wait for you cats to hear it as I am very happy with what is going down on the recordings. Expect some different sounds yet more of the same.... does that make sense?
Plus I have started playing in a new band with some fellow Central Coast pals. Things are going strong with so much new material we don't know when to stop. It is with a killer drummer called Adrian and some guy named Trent who some of you cats may know from a band callec One Dollar Short. We have just been jamming and writing for now but hope to do some gigs soon. If you hear of one please come and check it out as it rocks. But I don't see any gigs happening until next year....but that is not far away now is it?

Wellity wellity wellity,
It feels sooooo good to rock again. The GTBJ Tribute band did it's first show last night to a large crowd at the Cat n Fiddle to celebrate the release of "Live at the Cat Vol I"
It was such a great show. The addition of Dan on second guitar has been a great choice and the songs have a new dynamic that was lacking from our sound before.
And let's not forget Steve in a Box. His first "real" rock gig. He did fabo and the ladies were loving is sweet smell and funky bass lines.
We played a couple of old favourites like Pixie, Sleepy, Release etc but added some new tunes written by the tribute line up.
Hopefully we will do another show soon.

SHIT!!!
It's been a long time.
What can I say. Right now Heidi is on a plane to the USA then she will be heading to the UK. Which means no more GTBJ rocks shows for a while. THERE WILL BE MORE!!!
As for me I have been asked to do some solo shows at some venues so Ithought why not. I've asked will to accompany me on them so come along the 1st one is next week.
Expect to hear some GTBJ plus some of my favorite classics.
I'll let you know how it goes

Hello
Last night we do a show at the Mayfield Hotel in Newcastle as part of the Newcastle music week. It was a short 30 minute set but it was alot of fun to be performing again. It was a special show as I friend Barnsey (Not the working class guy) and Matty wrote the set list for us. SO the set was fresh and a little different.
Also on Thursday night Heidi and I finished a demo of a new song "Release" which will be up on mp3 very soon as we are very happy with the results of the session.
Special thanks goes out to our frien Wil who did the drum tracks on for a sadly absent Dick. Thanx dude.
