We went on a tour to Dingle...
It was gorgeous, though very cold and cloudy...
The next day we took the tour to Dingle. We passed the sea...
I spotted this van, isn't it fab?
We walked up to the beach and took some photos. Luckily there was a shop where we could buy new films... hahaha
As it got later, the number of ppl on the beach increased.
Emilie had written in the sand: Vive la France. Then I added NL and she added Ireland again. Hahahaha...
Yes, a bit of blue sky!!!
I took this pic for Vincent as he loves kitesurfing... That guy must have been so freezing though!
Of course we couldn't see anything from the nice view...
And then it rained...
Poor Emilie...
We passed these on our way to an old hermit church or something. Everyone went to visit it to get away from the bus driver... hahaha.... anyway, these bushes were all over the plc...
Then we drove to the visitor centre for some food where we had some v yummy fish chowder. And it was dry, a very good thing! ;o)
I meant to edit this w photoshop, but yes,moi was too lazy... Anyway, it a sleeping giant! Well, it looks like one anyway and I really liked it. Such a shame it rained the whole day...
The church in question. Behind it there were some really coollandmarks, but I didn't walk around it so oops... The special thing about this church was that it was still intact even though only built w clay.
Then we drove to Dingle at last. There was some sort of boat race on so the whole town was packed w foreigners. Well, maybe since touristy plc that's normal...
Another one of those lovely green views...
Yeah, Dingle was a nice little town.
No, not the car... it's the view that matters! And I couldn't really get around the car. I could get around the ppl though and I did, but then the car was kind of the main thing in the photo, so let's just use this photo...
There was this statue of Fungi. When the bus driver talked about him, I thought he was talking about fungus first...Oops! Anyway, we didn't get to see the "live" version of Fungi as that would have meant getting on a boat and it was way too cold for that!
As we drove back to Kerry by bus, we passed some really nice views. So Emilie and I were kind of having our noses and cameras pressed against the back window to catch something of the scenery.
Look, Kerry cows! Spotted ones even... hahaha
This was a new age shop. I just really like the decoration! Well, they had some really nice stuff as well...
At one stage we actually got out of the bus to take some pics at scenic points. I can't actually remember which ones were from the bus and which ones weren't though... Ah what the hell, just enjoy the pictures will you! ;o)
Hahaha, Emilie and I took a photo of each other taking a photo of each other... She has the one of me though...
Ok, no matter what the pic's name is, this is actually not in Dingle. Yes, I had spotted a purple house! :o)))
I'm sure there was a reason for me taking this photo. Too bad I can't remember it...
Dutch as I am, I spotted a mill of course...
This is Andrew, a guy we met on the bus tour. We went for a cocktail in the Metropolitan when we got back to Dublin. As we didn't get a group pic, everyone has a picture of the other two. Hahaha...
