This is the test about the arguments you have studied in the first lesson. It is not very difficult, but if you find any problem in doing it or you want to check your answers, e-mail me

 

1.     Write the numbers from 1 to 10. While you write them, pronounce them too!

2.     Say in Italian the figures that are in your telephone number and in those of two friends of yours

3.     Say the meaning of these Italian expressions:  per piacere – grazie – ciao – salve - piacere – lieto di conoscerla – tθ – caffθ

4.     Answer these questions in Italian : Come ti chiami? – Di dove sei? – Che lavoro fai?

5.     Say where you expect to find these signals and what their meaning is:  Vietato fumare – Prenotato – Fermata – Uomini – Donne – Allacciare le cinture – Biglietteria – Telefono

6.     Conjugate the “presente indicativo del verbo ‘essere’”

7.     Explain the difference between each pair of words:  un & il – un & un’ – i & gli

8.     For each pair of expression, say which one is the less formal: Come ti chiami? & Qual θ il suo nome? – Piacere & Lieto di conoscerla – Salve & Buongiorno – Ciao & Arrivederci
