This Months issue

Lots of stuff going on these past two months and I have been slack. This is a picture of the Athabasca river in Fort McMurray. I thought I put an Autumn theme to the page. Hope you enjoy I also have a page for the picture of the wedding shot I got of family. I hope everyone enjoys them. I will be updating the Duffy Clan page  too this month. I have been so prooccupied with writing.

Janae's Journal 

Janae is growing up way too fast and she is talking up a storm. She speaks in full sentences. Here is a picture of Here and Mom & Dad in June. She is starting to test her boundaries with her parents and she is quite stubborn about somethings like calling elephants Whompies.

Sinclair is Amanda's Scott's band and they are doing great. Surprises, New Beginnings, and Glorious Triumphs

Well it is Autumn time again and the fall leaves has been brillantly reflecting golds and oranges and red. and to some this is a sign of  the death of the eternal spring but for me in it the beginning of  hope. I mean if you just look at the colors of autumn  red, orange and yellow  they scream life. Red is the color of blood and essential life, orange can represent warmth and emotional wealth, gold and yellow represent riches and the joys of the sun. There is a point I am trying to make. This month has been all about New Beginning and triumphs. The gains of some new prospects from new ideas. I am philosophizing and ranting but it this theme there have been so many year surprises and beginning and triumphs to talk about. 

First thing is first the news of the family. Mom and Dad are doing okay and working. Mom is loving her job and is starting to work full time. Dad is showing his true gypsy nature and longing for hunt and move about the woods. Amanda  is doing fine as you all may know she has a song on The Sinclair's ( Scott's Band) CD and it is phenonmenial well the whole cd is anyhow and Mom has been calling all the relatives and seeing if they wants a copy so if you haven't heard it give Mom a call and she will play it for you. As for me I start recording the process of recording my CD on Halloween weekend.  I know what you are thinking, its about bloody time but I have written some pretty good lyrics and though out some melodies and I am ready to put something together with the help of my talented Brother in Law to be Scott Greene. I'll keep everyone posted. This picture of was taking by a friend of mine in McMurray. I have red red hair again. So this is one of the new beginning I have been talking to you about. 

New Beginnings

There have heard of another new beginning I hear there plenty of congratulations. Emerson and Aunt Barb got engages on October. I have seen the engagement and I have heard that he propose on his knees. I have never seen Aunt Barb look happy. Darlene told me that she was so happy that she almost threw up with nerves I guess and so she sent this picture to me. I am so happy for the two of them. The wedding with take place on July 29. I have been asked to sing for it. I will try to fly down for that. I promise Aunt Barb I would try to let her knew as soon as I could.  Aunt Barb has a good man, then again Emerson is getting a very special lady. So I hope you enjoy this engagement picture  He had roses and champagne and everything. 

Surprises

Okay so the lasted Duffy Surprise aside from the fortune teller telling Aunt Marg about a surprise guess at the wedding, and Glen showed up and aside from that beautiful song Ian sing for Danielle at the wedding. The number one surprise the one Aunt Debbie received the other day. After Mr. Jason Langer being away in the BC woods helping with the forest, planting trees and helping with fires. He came home  perhaps a little early and he didn't tell his mother that he would be home. So Here Jason is more muscle, a little thinner, a moustache and goatee, long hair to the chin, all in a cap. He went down to her place of work and looked at her. Well she thought he was a young guy coming in to get a job application or something "Can I help you sir she said" keep in mind she had seen pictures of him in months. He looks at her "Yes sir may I help you".. and the He said "Yeesh you don't recognize your own son.". Aunt Debbie's knee went weak and he just grabbed him. I don't have a picture of this. I was told Jason has a goregeous girlfriend in BC. I spoke with him he sound good. When I get a picture I'll post it. 

 Glorious Triumphs

I have just received an email from Maureen and Paul Delaney. Maureen has just finished her first 42K marathon. in the time of 4:03  which was under her expectations of 4:15 hours. This is definately a huge triumph for the family. I told her I would post a picture she send of her and Paul on the run and her running it. She says she had Paul to think for getting her out of bed at 4:45 every morning. When I heard of this I was so inspiring i wrote her a long email of congratulations. A marathon is not an easy thing to accomplish walking or running. But she has wonderful moral support and isn't that

what we all need and hope for. She took a medal home though I don't know the place of it. that wasn't in her email. I hope she comes to an Edmonton run so we can cheer her on from the stands. Here is a picture of her and her hubby at the marathon. All I'm wondering is why didn't Paul run the race too I mean he is looking physically fit there Maureen and if he trained if you. He couldn't take it could he.. I know.. you are more woman than he can handle aren't you honey.. Just Joking. Running a marathon is great but the real question is ( especially for Aunt Stella) when are you going to have a baby) Evil Grin!!

Birthday Wishes!!

Gosh kick me in the arse cause I'm so behind. I have been so preoccupied I have been neglecting my website duties. I have a few birthday and Anniversary announcements. Happy Birthday to Leslie Pike belated from September, Belated to Shirley Greene, Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad, Happy Anniversary Shirley and Vince Pike, Happy Belated birthday Darlene and Aunt Barb I think. Don't shoot me if I get this wrong no one corrects me on this. ~Happy Birthday!!

I want to give a specail birthday wish to one of my favorite uncles. The bestest Man who have just celebrated his 50th birthday. but looks so young.UNcle Andy this is one is for you. This is a little picture of him on his birthday celebrations at home in newfoundland. I'm so sorry i missed it. I would have had a glass of vodka with ya. So a specail happy 50th to you Uncle Andy Buckle. We love you very very much. Even though you hit yourself in the head trying to play with us at the cabin howling at the moon while we were suck up in the tree house. Or coming off the plane when i was a little girl dressed in leather, little girls dressed in leather as well. I love you for telling me I'm a beautiful person. and I love you for just being you. - Happy Birthday!!!
