The idea of realization of a festival was born in connection with a date forthcoming by anniversary one of outstanding dancer of 20 century of Isdora DUNCAN and is connected from themes, which role today is played with her creative legacy for opening of creative potential of children. A know name of Isadora DUNCAN in a decade, past from the date of her death, has acqired with legends and myths. For more that thirty years creative activity she go whole world. The reformer and opponent of classical ballet, she has develloped many ideas and receptions od dance, best of which arts have come in world horeografical.
Today in Russia does not exist horeographic schools, in which would study an engineering of a dance of Isadora Duncan, as it occurs in many other countries of the world, where understand a role and significance of her ideas for developpement and education of the creative person, of the small person.
The interest as to the person, as to a creative legacy Duncan in Russia was always. Those more important to conduct this Festval as International. It is necessary to have an opportunity to see and to evaluate - as art of a plastic dance is today all over the world developed, which learns the person to beauty and harmony of movements.
The preservation and further development o historical traditions of a plastic dance a modern is the main purpose of realization of such festival.
