| Financial Maintaince of the Festival |
| The Festival will be non-commercial in nature and all artists are going to perform on a gratis basis. The Festival will be held, regardless of financial contribution. In order to achieve a Festival with higher organsational standarts, however, the following in needed: postal servies; visa services; printing of buisness cards, name badges, flyers, booklets, announcements, posters and the "Year of Isadora Duncan" calendar;a PC; web-design and internet services; advertising in the press, on radio and television; motor transprt; accomodation for the guests and space for public catering; performance venues, floor covering; lighting, projection and sound equipement; musical accompaniment; gifts and souvenirs as rewards for the children. Therefore, all buisness managers, directors of concert, philarmonic and theatre halls, organisers of mass events, publishing firms, journalist and mass media specialists, any artists, and art lovers are invited to participate in this mutual and fruitful co-operation. Any advice, support and active assistance, concerning the Festival will be greatfully received. The piority articles of financing: 1)Lease of a hall and technical maintance of gala-concert - 500 USD; 2)Graphic arts of invitation cards 1500 pieces - 410 USD; 3)Duplication of information sheets, 1000 pieces - 40 USD; 4) Device of a podium and maintenance of street representation - 500 USD. |
