Rules in Laura.
The City of Laura is a No Capture Zone, as are other marked areas. Panther Circles and Camps are safe to Panther Girls.
Captures are permitted under certain protocols
and with a limited penalty
Capture Protocols.

* Teleport or eject cannot be used to make or avoid a capture. One must go to a safe zone before teleporting again, running if necesarry.
* Flying makes no difference either. It is to be treated as if all are on the ground.
* Issue of consent: You consent to the rules if you leave Safe Zone in other than Visitor avatar, else you take your chances.
* Captive may be released released early, should Captor desire, my begotiation or automatically if Captor is captured during this time.
* Otherwise, Captive is released at GZ at end of 24 hours. Captor has no further claim on them, unless they formally beg collar.
* You are advised to save logs of activities in this world, in case of dusputes over Captures.
* Captive will then be slave to Captor for 24 hours. During that time they are expected to behave as a slave.
* Captor cannot kill Captive, do permanent damage or force them to reveal secrets. Same conditions apply even if Captive is taken to other Worlds.
* Captive should be online a fair amount of time during the 24 hours.
* Tarns, Sleen and other beasts of Gor are prohibited from use in all hunts

NOTE: It would be foolhardly to attempt to capture a collared slave. Property violations are serious matters on Gor and you are advised not to do so.

A Capture is valid under the following conditions:

1. Both parties are in a capture zone
2. Both parties are within two clicks of eachother
3. It is enacted over at least three posts, each of which names the subject, ending with one party unable to resist

If Katmos posts (1) runs up to SusA with net (2) throws net over SusA, pulls her to the ground (3) pins SusA's hands as he ties them. That would be a valid capture
BUT, if SusA posts after second of Katmos' posts 'Kicks Katmos in the groin and rolls out of the net' this throws the contest open.
Katmos would need to defend himself with post in return and this continues untill one has rendered other unable to resist.
If there are any disputes over captures, a senior rank or  Sword will give an impartial and final judgement
