    In de South-Hollandse ancestors are to point out 2 regions, the midwest and Goeree-Overflakkee. The joungest generations Gorissen and Jansen are from the area of Zoetermeer.
    and the van Oostenbrugge en Speé families, are from the South-Holland island Goeree-Overflakkee.

    The older generations of

  • the Gorissen family came through Pijnacker, Delft and Ridderkerk from De Grote Lindt (now Zwijndrecht),
  • the Jansen comes from Wilsveen situated between Zoetermeer and Leidschendam and surrounding. Ancestors from the region Westland are known back to circa the year 1100.
  • the van Oostenbrugge comes originally from the Betuwe in the province of Gelderland.
  • the Speé and relatives lived on the isle of Goeree and Overflakkee for a long time.
