Renewed Appeal - Hit And Run - Station Road
Bod Ireland of Witton suffered
serious injuries in a hit-and-run. Tuesday 1/11/2005 at around 1.25pm. Police
are appealing for witnesses. The car that left the scene was a dark coloured
hatchback, possibly a Renault Megane. The car windscreen was badly damaged and
the car went along Station Road onto Sutton Road (against a red light).
Driver was a black male with short black hair, 6 foot tall, local accent. Passenger was a black female in her early 20's. See E-fit below.
