| This is Filbert. He is a pitbull/samoyed mix. Filbert went to his new home for his first birthday! His dad waited anxiously yet patiently for Filbert to arrive to Baltimore as he journeyed his way from a shelter on Long Island. Filbert and dad fell instantly in love with one another and are enjoying life together. |

| This is Shadow with her new dad. We saved Shadow from a shelter and everyone there will always remember her!. The shelter had peacocks on it's property. The mama peacock had babies. The babies strayed from their mama and a fox unfortunately got all the babies but one. This baby ran into Shadow's kennel. Our sweet Shadow stood over the baby peacock and kept her safe until the shelter workers safely reunited the baby with her mama. Shadow will always be a hero for that! She is living a wonderful life now with her dad. They go running together daily. |

| This is Vito. This adorable boy spent his first five months of life with us. He is a result of an unwanted Christmas gift. He is a perfect example of why people should NEVER give pets as gifts. They are a huge responsibilty and it's not fair to the person receiving your gift as they may not want the responsibilty as well as it being terribly unfair to the animal. Vito is in a wonderful home now and loved very much. He goes to work with his new dad every day! |
