| As we gather together round the table, we should say a little prayer Think about the families that worries As they're missing those that aren't there Our Lord has given us food a plenty Seems we stuff ourselves each year Let us remember the child who starves One who isn't ashamed to show her tear We gather together on this wonderful and happy day Let's think of the less fortunate Yet, they'd gladly give their heart away We ask God's blessing upon us Giving thanks to our Father above Why can't every day be Thanksgiving Surrounded by all we love |
