Kate left, giveing Willow a venamouse look and then she was gone. Angel turned round and eyed the people in the room
"Whats up?"
"Nothing"
He got in unison, he wasnt convinced but decided to leave it,
"Kate has a deomon or something attacking civillians, she was wondering if we could help"
"Does she know what demon?"
"No but Ive got a feeling its the one from your vision, she said the attacks started a couple of days ago, and thats when you had the vision about the Varnac"
"Right, well we better get to the research thing then"
"Oh joy for us"
"Quit wingin Blondie, just get on with it"
"I cant bloody win, fine, pass us a book then"
"See that wasnt so hard was it Spikey"
"Shut up Dru!"
Everyone giggled at the exchange and got on with what they were doing befor Kate turned up, everyone but Willow, who got up and went down stairs with a look on her face like someone had kicked her puppy. Angel watched her go and then turned to the others
"Whats wrong with Willow?"
"Nothing Sire, why`d you ask?"
"Oh I dont know, maybe cos I could feel what she was feeling while I was in the office with Kate, and when I come out her she looked like she`d been crying and your all acting like your makeing secret plans to take over L.A"
"Look Angel if you want to know whats wrong with her you need to speak to her, we promised we wouldnt say anything"
"Fine, I`ll be back up later"
With that he trailed off downstairs, intent on finding out what had upset his mate, he didnt like it when she was upset, the look on her face earlier had broken his heart. When he got down to his appartment willow was no where to be seen, he called to her but there was no answer, he knew she was there, he could hear her heartbeat, so he followed it to the bathroom. He tapped on the door but all he got in response was silence, he tried again, but nothing, he put his ear to the door and with his Vampiric hearing he picked up the soft sounds of Willow weeping. He immediatly went on the defensive, what was wrong with her? was it something he`d done? He knocked on the door more firmly and said
"I know your in there sweetling, I can hear your heartbeat, and you crying, whats wrong?"
"Nothing, Angel Im fine, just leave it, kay"
"No Willow its not okay, your crying, whats wrong, let me in!"
