| COSETTE FAUCHELEVANT 1815 - ???? Description: "She was beautiful and pretty; she could not help agreeing with her mirror. Her figure had filled out, her skin had become fair, her hair had grown lusterous, and unknown splendor was slight in her blue eyes. The conciousness of her beauty came to her complete, in a moment, like broad daylight when it bursts on us... With faith in her beauty, the entire feminine soul blossomed within her... The phrase 'alluring woman' was invented for her." Bio: Cosette was born in Paris, but when her father left, her mother, Fantine, gave her to the Thenardiers, who treated her like a slave. When she was eight, Valjean rescued her and brought her back to Paris, to the Gorbeau House, and she grew to love him as though he were her father. But Valjean quickly relocated to a convent, then to the Rue L'Ouest, where she met Marius. But Valjean moved again, to the Rue Plumet. Marius finally found her, and they spent many happy night sitting in the garden. After the insurrection, Marius recovered from his wounds and the two were happily married. Songs: "Castle on a Cloud" "I Saw Him Once" (cut) "In My Life" "A Heart Full of Love" "Every Day/A Heart Full of Love (reprise)" "Epilogue/Finale" Quotes: "We were like dreamers who meet as in a trance then part again!"
